We orchestrate highly effective strategic planning, based on the practical application of systems thinking, theory, and principles. We integrate preliminary needs assessment that informs the design of mission, vision, goals, and strategies. We facilitate the design of clear, simple, and complete implementation planning to realize the organization’s vision and production of results. We have designed strategic planning with boards of directors, city, county, state, and tribal governments, as well as with private companies. We have also designed succession planning with nonprofit organizations.
