Analysis. Taking on short- and long-term projects, we work with leaders to optimize the organization’s success. We support mission / vision fulfillment and performance using quantitative and qualitative methods. Types of analyses we have conducted include needs / assets analysis, compensation analysis, compliance analysis, process analysis, and systems analysis.
Evaluation. Program evaluation supports funded initiatives by determining their efficacy. Such studies often encompass multiple partnering organizations and include the examination of process and outcome effectiveness. Examples of evaluations we have conducted include prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, character education, women’s healthcare, and healthcare initiatives that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
